Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Nebula is an AI Bot hosting platform that allows users to run AI bot instances on our servers by providing their own credentials (Bot Tokens, etc.), with long-term memory management capabilities. The Service is primarily designed for use with Telegram, Discord, and other internationally available messaging platforms. We provide the platform infrastructure but are not responsible for the content of third-party AI services or messaging platforms you connect to.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

1. You must be at least 14 years old to register and use the Service.
2. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any loss resulting from account security issues.
3. Each account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or shared.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing abnormal usage without assuming any resulting liability.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you must not:

• Distribute content that violates laws, infringes on others' rights, or contains pornographic, violent, or fraudulent material.
• Use the platform's AI capabilities to harass, deceive, or lead others into illegal activities.
• Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the platform's security measures.
• Send spam, perform automated mass operations, or engage in any form of abuse.
• Impersonate others or spread false information.
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party messaging platform you connect to (Telegram, Discord, etc.).

Violations may result in immediate account suspension. Serious violations may be subject to legal action.

4. Credentials & Data Responsibility

1. You are solely responsible for the validity and legality of Bot Tokens and other credentials you provide. Any loss resulting from credential leaks, expiration, or exceeding third-party quotas is your responsibility.
2. We encrypt all credentials using AES-256-GCM, but you should still maintain good account security practices.
3. You understand and agree that your message content will be sent to your configured third-party AI service for processing, subject to that provider's privacy policy.

5. Plans & Payments

1. We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are activated via subscription or redeem codes and are non-refundable once used.
2. Upon plan expiry, accounts are automatically downgraded to the free plan. Existing data is not deleted.
3. We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing and features with advance notice.
4. If a platform outage causes service unavailability exceeding 24 hours, you may contact support to request compensation at our discretion.

6. Service Interruption & Termination

1. We strive to maintain service stability but are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party failures, or maintenance.
2. We may terminate service for users who violate these terms without prior notice.
3. If we decide to shut down the Service, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance, allowing data export.

7. Disclaimer

1. The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of fitness, stability, or error-free operation.
2. AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice (including legal, medical, or financial advice). We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
3. You bear full responsibility for all actions taken by Bots you deploy on this platform and their consequences.

8. Intellectual Property

The interface design, code, brand identity, and related content of this platform are the intellectual property of the Nebula team. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use is prohibited. The ownership of AI conversation content generated through the Service is determined by the terms of your AI service provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

We will always attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under generally accepted international arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
